Memo magnets are small magnetic assemblies and normally composed of ferrite magnets and plastic caps. Neodymium magnets and steel caps are used on memo magnets for stronger magnetic force. Neodymium memo magnets have a strong clamping force, but they are more expensive than ferrite memo magnets.
